Sales Director - Retail Focus

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director with a Retail Background for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, focusing on the Consumer (Retail, E-commerce, and Omnichannel) industries
• Scope projects and define business solutions to meet client needs while managing sales activities and pipelines to achieve revenue targets
• Organize and mobilize teams throughout the sales cycle while managing risks through tactical plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with exposure to technology solutions
• Strong business development and key account management experience within the retail sector
• Proven success in sourcing and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in retail or consumer markets
• Excellent understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, and inventory management challenges
• Native English or fully bilingual (English)
