Focused on building strong client relationships, the full-time Sales Director - Retail Focus will source, nurture, and close new clients primarily in the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel sectors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, emphasizing the retail industry
• Scope projects and define business solutions that align with client needs and objectives
• Manage lead generation and sales activities to achieve annual revenue targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with a focus on technology solutions
• Strong background in business development and key account management within the retail sector
• Proven success in sourcing and closing accounts in the retail or consumer markets
• Excellent understanding of retail systems and technological challenges in the industry
• Native English or fully bilingual (English)
