Job Summary

Focusing on business development, the full-time Sales Director - Retail Focus will manage client relationships, source new business opportunities, and drive sales initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel sectors
• Scope projects and manage lead generation and sales activities to meet annual revenue targets
• Present tailored value propositions to potential clients and assist in defining business solutions that meet their needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with a focus on technology solutions
• Strong background in business development and key account management within the retail sector
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing accounts in the retail or consumer markets
• Excellent understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, and inventory management challenges
• Native English or fully bilingual proficiency
