Sales Director - Retail Focus

Job Summary

To drive growth in the retail sector, the full-time Sales Director - Retail Focus will source, nurture, and close new clients primarily through networking, while managing project scopes and sales pipelines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel industries
• Scope projects and define business solutions that align with client needs and desired outcomes
• Plan and implement lead generation and sales activities to meet annual revenue targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with technology solutions exposure
• Strong background in business development and key account management within the retail sector
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in retail or consumer markets
• Excellent understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, and technological challenges in the industry
• Native English or fully bilingual (English)
