Sales Director - Retail Focus

Job Summary

To drive client acquisition and engagement, the full-time Sales Director - Retail Focus will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily in the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel sectors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the retail industry
• Scope projects and define business solutions that meet client needs and achieve desired outcomes
• Manage lead generation and sales activities to meet annual revenue targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with exposure to technology solutions
• Strong background in business development and key account management within the retail sector
• Proven success in sourcing and closing accounts in retail or consumer markets
• Excellent understanding of retail systems and technological challenges in the industry
• Native English or fully bilingual (English)
