Job Summary

To drive business growth, the full-time salaried Sales Director - Retail Focus will source, nurture, and close new clients primarily from their network within the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel industries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across various industries, focusing on retail
• Scope projects and define business solutions to meet client needs and achieve desired outcomes
• Plan and manage lead generation and sales activities to meet annual revenue targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with exposure to technology solutions
• Strong experience in business development and key account management within the retail sector
• Proven success in sourcing and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in retail or consumer markets
• Excellent understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, and inventory management challenges
• Native English or fully bilingual (English)
