Sales Director - Retail Focus

Job Summary

Passionate about technology solutions, the full-time remote Sales Director - Retail Focus will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily within the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel sectors while managing complex sales cycles and developing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the retail industry
• Scope projects and define business solutions to meet client needs and achieve desired outcomes
• Plan and manage lead generation and sales activities to meet annual revenue targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors
• Strong experience in business development and key account management within the retail sector
• Proven success in sourcing and closing midsize and enterprise accounts
• Excellent understanding of retail systems and technological challenges in the industry
• Native English or fully bilingual (English)
