Sales Director - Retail Focus

Job Summary

Focused on building relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, the full-time Sales Director - Retail Focus will source, nurture, and close new business opportunities remotely, primarily in the Consumer (Retail, E-commerce, and Omnichannel) sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting tailored value propositions to senior executives
• Scope projects and manage lead generation and sales activities to achieve annual revenue targets
• Coordinate resources and teams throughout the sales cycle while managing key risks and client needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with a focus on technology solutions
• Proven success in business development and account management within the retail industry
• Strong understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, and inventory management challenges
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
• Native English or fully bilingual (English)
