Sales Director - Retail & Hospitality

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director - Retail & Hospitality (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Sell outcome-based consulting services to Retail and Hospitality organizations
• Own and execute account strategies across Enterprise and Mid Market Retailers, Restaurants, and Hospitality brands
• Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and translate operational demands into quantifiable value narratives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, enterprise solution selling, or professional services sales
• Strong preference for experience selling into Retail and/or Hospitality organizations
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience selling consulting services related to HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP solutions
• A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University (preferred)
