Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales team, the remote Sales Director, Smart Trailers will manage and support Product Specialist Account Executives, driving growth through strategic deal execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities
  • Hire and develop a team of 6-8 account executives to meet quarterly sales targets
  • Foster relationships with Mainline AEs and Specialist Sales Engineers to enhance team selling efforts
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to optimize go-to-market strategies for new products
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in complex selling
  • 3+ years of experience in team management
  • Demonstrated success in coaching teams on outbound sales strategies
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC
