Job Summary
Leading a team of strategic sales professionals, the full-time Sales Director, Strategic Accounts will develop and implement sales strategies, mentor team members, and engage with key enterprise clients to drive revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of strategic sales account executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share
- Providing mentorship and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with 8+ years in field sales leadership and strategic account management
- Experience working with large, Global, Fortune 500 customers
- Proven ability to navigate 7 and 8 figure deals with a consultative approach
- Experience using CRM, Pipeline Management, and Analytic tools
- Strong track record of engaging with C-level stakeholders and driving transformational deals
