Job Summary

Leading the sales motion across the US and Canada, the full-time Head of Sales will manage the sales team and directly oversee a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts while driving new customer acquisition and GMV growth in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage the US & Canada sales team
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts and high-value opportunities
  • Drive new customer acquisition and GMV growth across the US and Canada
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, revenue leadership, or account management
  • Proven experience managing a sales team while directly owning strategic accounts
  • Strong track record of driving new business revenue and high-value deal execution
  • Ability to coach salespeople on discovery, value selling, negotiation, and closing
  • Experience building sales processes and playbooks in a scaling business
