Job Summary
Driving business growth across the U.S. West Coast, the full-time remote Sales Director - West Coast will identify new revenue opportunities, build strategic relationships, and implement commercial strategies within the cross-border payments industry.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities
Required qualifications
- Strong academic background in engineering, business, or comparable experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the payment industry, preferably in cross-border payments
- Proven experience as a commercial director or in a relevant role within the Americas Region
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish, alongside excellent English communication skills
