Focused on driving business growth, the full-time remote Sales Director with Retail Focus will manage client relationships, originate new business opportunities, and present tailored technology solutions to senior executives in the retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients in the retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel industries
• Scope projects and manage sales activities to meet annual revenue targets while shaping business solutions that address client needs
• Plan and mobilize resources across teams throughout the sales cycle, ensuring effective lead generation and risk management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with a focus on technology solutions
• Strong background in business development and key account management within the retail industry
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in consumer markets
• Excellent understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, and inventory management challenges
• Native English or fully bilingual proficiency
