Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales for eCommerce Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organic growth by building a North American sales team and focusing on new accounts and cross-selling to existing customers
- Develop and nurture partnerships to support outbound prospecting, lead generation, and identify inorganic/M&A opportunities
- Hire and mentor a diverse team, providing training and mentorship to continuously improve their skills
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding 7-figure ARR quota in SaaS software space
- Experience finding, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Coaching experience in milestone-based, customer-centric sales process
- Comfortable analyzing sales data and forecasting
- Direct experience with ecommerce, warehouse management systems, or equivalent
