Sales Effectiveness Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Effectiveness Business Analyst (CRMA/Einstein) to support global sales performance through analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting assets within Salesforce CRM Analytics and Power BI
• Performs data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and enhance reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Experience with quantitative analysis and business intelligence tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of SQL, SAQL, or similar data query languages
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
