Sales Effectiveness Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Effectiveness Business Analyst - CRMA Einstein (Flex).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting assets within Salesforce CRM Analytics and Power BI
• Performs recurring data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure dashboards meet accuracy and governance requirements
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and supports the development of new dashboards and reporting enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Experience conducting quantitative analysis and working with business intelligence or analytics tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of SQL, SAQL, or similar data query languages
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
