Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to support the Growth team and enhance sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve sales processes, workflows, and performance tracking systems
Administer and optimize CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Create sales collateral and support onboarding and training for new sales team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or analytics
Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and sales cycles
