Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and govern the content universe using Seismic to ensure effective messaging for sales teams
- Design and implement an engaging onboarding program for new hires to quickly master product positioning
- Lead ongoing training sessions to simplify complex product updates into actionable insights for sales representatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Hands-on, admin-level experience with Seismic, including building content structures and driving adoption
- Experience in developing or revamping onboarding programs with measurable improvements in time to first deal
- Ability to translate technical product information into value propositions for sales teams
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and proactively identifying and addressing gaps in the sales process
