Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Sales teams and facilitate communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies
  • Assist Sales Managers and Consultants in completing projects and collecting data for sales teams
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, project management, and customers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem
  • Full-time availability with a rotating shift schedule
