Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Associate to support and enhance the Sales Team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update comprehensive sales training programs, workflows, and resources
  • Facilitate and coordinate sales onboarding and everboarding training sessions
  • Manage and optimize enablement technologies and analyze key metrics to assess the impact of sales enablement programs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, Coaching, or related field
  • Proficiency in enablement technology; Seismic and Gong.io experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in sales strategy, customer journey design, curriculum creation, and enablement best practices
