Job Summary
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Associate will facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new hires and veteran employees, while also contributing to content creation and program support.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions, ensuring an engaging learning environment
- Assist in content creation and maintenance, providing edits and creative input to training materials
- Measure and report on training effectiveness, managing surveys and tracking completion rates
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of instructor-led sales enablement, training, or learning and development experience (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Yelp Ads and sales processes
- Engaging presenter with confident public speaking skills in virtual settings
- Technical proficiency in remote facilitation tools, including Google Meet and Salesforce
- High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to implement feedback constructively
