Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, sales operations, or a related GTM function
  • Strong training execution skills, including content creation and facilitation
  • Ability to complete medium-complexity projects with minimal oversight
  • Data-driven mindset to evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements
  • Experience in building cross-functional relationships to enhance enablement experiences
