Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Localize and execute onboarding, skills development, and product readiness programs for the North America region
  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions, translating sales methodology into practical skills
  • Track program participation and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Manager
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a revenue-supporting role within B2B SaaS
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, closing, or prospecting role is preferred
  • Ability to design and facilitate training across multiple formats
  • Familiarity with sales enablement theory and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms and CRM tools, such as Seismic and Salesforce
