Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Localize and execute onboarding, skills development, and product readiness programs for the North America region
- Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions, translating sales methodology into practical skills
- Track program participation and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Manager
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a revenue-supporting role within B2B SaaS
- Experience in a quota-carrying, closing, or prospecting role is preferred
- Ability to design and facilitate training across multiple formats
- Familiarity with sales enablement theory and adult learning principles
- Proficiency with enablement platforms and CRM tools, such as Seismic and Salesforce
