Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Coach to accelerate producer effectiveness through coaching and enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate coaching sessions, workshops, and Growth Academy modules for producers
- Support the design and delivery of onboarding and training programs while reinforcing applied learning
- Coach producers on utilizing marketing insights and sales technology to enhance outreach and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in a producer, consultant, sales coach, or enablement role within B2B services
- Demonstrated credibility with producers and sales leaders
- Experience in coaching or training teams preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Sales coaching or enablement certifications preferred
