Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Coach to accelerate producer effectiveness through coaching and enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate coaching sessions, workshops, and Growth Academy modules for producers
  • Support the design and delivery of onboarding and training programs while reinforcing applied learning
  • Coach producers on utilizing marketing insights and sales technology to enhance outreach and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in a producer, consultant, sales coach, or enablement role within B2B services
  • Demonstrated credibility with producers and sales leaders
  • Experience in coaching or training teams preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Sales coaching or enablement certifications preferred
