Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute sales-specific development programs for new hires
  • Manage internal communications regarding product updates and create battlecards for sales teams
  • Conduct coaching sessions focusing on call reviews, objection handling, and pitch refinement
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales required, preferably in the payments space
  • Prior experience in sales coaching, enablement, or team lead capacity
  • 2+ years of experience with sales tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, and Google Suite
