Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to develop outbound sales training content and enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain outbound onboarding curriculum for sales teams
  • Build outbound sales playbooks, including talk tracks and objection handling
  • Create coaching and practice assets for live training sessions
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or sales content development
  • Experience building outbound sales content such as playbooks and onboarding materials
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally and across time zones
  • Familiarity with tools like Seismic or Articulate Storyline is a plus
