Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Contractor (Onboarding, Training & Coaching).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement role-specific onboarding programs to reduce ramp time for new sales hires
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training across the sales cycle, including skills workshops and playbooks
  • Provide structured coaching and feedback to sales teams, ensuring consistent performance improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success in reducing ramp time and improving sales performance through enablement programs
  • Hands-on coaching experience across various sales roles, including BDR, AE, AM, and CSM
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and call coaching tools
  • Ability to analyze sales data and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
