Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Contractor (Onboarding, Training & Coaching).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement role-specific onboarding programs to reduce ramp time for new sales hires
- Develop and deliver ongoing training across the sales cycle, including skills workshops and playbooks
- Provide structured coaching and feedback to sales teams, ensuring consistent performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in reducing ramp time and improving sales performance through enablement programs
- Hands-on coaching experience across various sales roles, including BDR, AE, AM, and CSM
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and call coaching tools
- Ability to analyze sales data and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
