Job Summary

Supporting Sales Operations teams remotely, the detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator will maintain accurate data across systems, prepare actionable sales datasets, and assist with the implementation and training of new technologies and processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in Excel, CSV, and CRM system exports while maintaining consistency across sales databases
  • Run automated scripts to prepare datasets and assist with troubleshooting file and formatting issues
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for sales reps on tools, processes, and best practices, while tracking enablement effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Experience working with sales or operations data (Sales Ops, Rev Ops, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning techniques
  • Basic understanding of Python and experience with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Revenue.io)
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in handling data
