Job Summary
Transforming sales enablement from the ground up, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Director will develop and enhance onboarding programs, maintain pitch resources, and provide ongoing coaching to sales representatives in a dynamic AI-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the 4-week AE onboarding program, ensuring it remains relevant and useful for new hires
- Maintain and expand the pitch deck and talk track library to reflect current product offerings and competitive landscape
- Design and run a rigorous pitch certification program, providing real feedback and support for sales representatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in sales enablement or sales training within a technical B2B company
- Proven experience building an enablement program from scratch
- Direct coaching experience with Account Executives (AEs) on a one-on-one basis
- Strong writing skills for creating effective pitch decks, talk tracks, and training materials
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequently changing product roadmaps
