Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and process for onboarding new sales personnel
- Develop and implement value-generating learning and development programs
- Partner with sales leadership to create unique and compelling incentives in support of commercial goals
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Customer-facing sales experience in convenience retail and tobacco/nicotine industry highly preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated people leadership of both field and key account sales organizations
- Curiosity with a passion for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree is a plus
