Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to develop and implement sales strategies that enhance productivity and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic enablement initiatives to ensure sales representatives meet or exceed quota targets
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Oversee the creation and management of sales materials that address client needs and support sales efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Training, Partner, or Sales Management
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS/IT environment
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems and sales enablement tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of modern sales technologies and CRM systems
