Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program, including tools, processes, and training
  • Align sales processes with client buying patterns to enhance deal closure rates
  • Create and manage onboarding and ongoing training initiatives to improve sales team performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading Sales Development Enablement managers
  • 3+ years of direct experience enabling Sales Development representatives
  • Experience in software or technology sectors is preferred
  • Ability to utilize technology and learning strategies for effective training
  • Demonstrated success in building cross-departmental relationships
