Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Enablement (AMER).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a comprehensive enablement roadmap in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership
  • Create and maintain a library of instructional materials and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and build targeted enablement initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep experience with Force Management and MEDDPICC methodologies
  • Proficiency in instructional design and managing LMS platforms
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce, Gong, and AI-driven sales coaching tools
  • Ability to influence sales leaders and provide field feedback to product roadmaps
