Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sales Enablement to support its Specialty Infusion Pharmacy business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the CRM roadmap and optimize its use to support sales teams
  • Lead and develop the Inside Sales function and design strategies for growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales activities and commercial objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial strategy, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven experience leading CRM implementations and driving adoption
  • Strong understanding of commercial analytics and performance management
  • Experience in building and leading Inside Sales teams
