Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to build and scale their enablement function in a high-velocity sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives to achieve 80% productivity by Day 90
  • Lead ongoing training initiatives focusing on product mastery and sales techniques to enhance performance
  • Identify skill and knowledge gaps using performance data to drive targeted enablement programs that improve sales outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Proven success in supporting Account Executives in high volume sales motions
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, SalesLoft, and the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to link enablement activities to sales outcomes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
