Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Enablement & Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program and deliver actionable market analysis
- Own the sales playbook and develop training programs to improve sales effectiveness
- Define KPIs, build performance dashboards, and identify performance gaps for targeted coaching
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue intelligence roles
- Experience supporting a distributed sales model across multiple channels
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in data interpretation
- Proven ability to develop training programs and sales content
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
