Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Enablement & Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program and deliver actionable market analysis
  • Own the sales playbook and develop training programs to improve sales effectiveness
  • Define KPIs, build performance dashboards, and identify performance gaps for targeted coaching
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue intelligence roles
  • Experience supporting a distributed sales model across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in data interpretation
  • Proven ability to develop training programs and sales content
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
