Job Summary

Sales Enablement Director, responsible for driving sales performance through training and enablement in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale sales effectiveness and leadership training programs
  • Build and develop a high-performing Sales Training team
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure impact and improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales training, sales leadership, or enablement
  • Proven success with large-scale sales training programs
  • Experience leading sales trainers
  • Green Industry and/or wholesale distribution experience strongly preferred
  • CRM experience a plus
