Job Summary
Sales Enablement Director, responsible for driving sales performance through training and enablement in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale sales effectiveness and leadership training programs
- Build and develop a high-performing Sales Training team
- Leverage data and analytics to measure impact and improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales training, sales leadership, or enablement
- Proven success with large-scale sales training programs
- Experience leading sales trainers
- Green Industry and/or wholesale distribution experience strongly preferred
- CRM experience a plus
