Job Summary
Building a revenue enablement function from the ground up, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Director will design and lead onboarding and training programs for BDRs, AEs, and CSMs while integrating multiple sales motions and defining AI-enabled selling strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement sales training and development programs to enhance rep efficiency and performance
- Establish the revenue enablement function, including strategy, content, and infrastructure in collaboration with sales leadership
- Lead post-acquisition integration of sales methodologies and tools across the revenue organization
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in revenue/sales enablement, GTM strategy, or sales leadership
- Proven track record in creating and executing onboarding and ramp programs that improve sales performance
- Experience with AI tools relevant to sales and customer success, such as Gong and ChurnZero
- Ability to influence and align with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Strong data-driven approach to measuring enablement impact on business outcomes
