Job Summary
To elevate the performance of the SDR organization, the full-time salaried Sales Enablement Director will manage onboarding, coaching, and development strategies in a remote environment, focusing on improving conversion rates and driving measurable pipeline impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and refine new hire onboarding to accelerate time-to-productivity
- Design and deliver high-impact training on prospecting, messaging, and qualification
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and develop targeted training plans
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or SDR/BDR leadership
- Demonstrated success in improving ramp time and conversion metrics
- Deep understanding of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation strategies
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience in a metrics-driven and tech-savvy sales environment
