Job Summary

To elevate the performance of the SDR organization, the full-time salaried Sales Enablement Director will manage onboarding, coaching, and development strategies in a remote environment, focusing on improving conversion rates and driving measurable pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and refine new hire onboarding to accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Design and deliver high-impact training on prospecting, messaging, and qualification
