Job Summary
Driving sales productivity and revenue growth, the full-time salaried Director of Sales Enablement will develop and execute strategic enablement programs, partner with sales leadership, and enhance onboarding processes while working collaboratively across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's sales enablement strategy aligned to revenue goals and business objectives
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and create targeted training, coaching, and development programs
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and ongoing training initiatives for customer-facing teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Sales Enablement experience, including senior-level responsibilities
- Previous direct sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong experience designing and executing sales training and enablement programs
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
