Job Summary

Driving consultant engagement strategies, the full-time salaried Sales Enablement Director will manage onboarding, mobilization, and readiness operations remotely while ensuring consultants are qualified and engagement-ready to meet business demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimize consultant onboarding, credentialing, and mobilization processes
  • Implement and manage the Consultant Concierge service for swift issue resolution related to onboarding and readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align consultant supply with projected demand and operational needs
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8-12+ years of experience in client operations or related fields
  • Proven experience in managing complex workflows and process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
  • Familiarity with automation or AI in talent readiness workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools
