Job Summary
To deliver high-impact, client-centric solutions for strategically important customers, the remote Sales Enablement Director will manage cross-functional teams, translate complex information into actionable insights, and drive transparency and successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to translate feedback into actionable product improvements and enhance customer outcomes
- Design tailored solutions based on customer requirements while prioritizing immediate deliverables and future enhancements
- Lead and mentor team members within a matrix organization, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership on key issues and proposed solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, communications, information management, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools
- Solid background in project management principles, including resource management and process optimization
- Experience in designing processes and developing reporting frameworks for accountability and transparency
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
