Job Summary
Owning the enablement strategy and execution, the remote-friendly Director of Sales Enablement will build and scale programs to enhance sales team productivity, focusing on onboarding, training, and coaching infrastructure that drives revenue performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enablement roadmap, aligning programs with company growth goals
- Set strategic direction for onboarding new sales hires, defining benchmarks and closing performance gaps
- Establish frameworks for ongoing training and skill development, addressing performance gaps across the sales organization
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement with a proven track record in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable training and onboarding programs that improve sales performance
- Strong experience in partnering with sales managers to build coaching cultures
- Expertise in defining enablement metrics and using data to drive initiatives
- Proven ability in developing compelling playbooks and training content for sales representatives
