Job Summary

Designing and delivering innovative sales enablement programs, the remote Sales Enablement Director will partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategy and content while actively developing training and resources to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sales training on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and technical demos for AIStor
  • Coordinate the annual sales kickoff agenda and review recorded sales calls to identify best practices
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and optimize playbooks, battlecards, and pitch decks in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in a direct-selling, quota-carrying role with demonstrable success
  • 3+ years of hands-on sales enablement experience with a proven track record of building innovative programs
  • Deep expertise in AI data and analytics, software-defined storage, and cloud infrastructure
  • Completion of a formal sales methodology program (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, Value Selling)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and content-creation tools
