Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Sales Enablement for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales enablement plan and programs to equip field team members with necessary resources and training
  • Lead sales training activities, including new hire training and ongoing sales meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training curriculums and create instructional material
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated progressive software sales experience, preferably in sales enablement or management
  • Experience in DevOps and/or Open Source
  • Experience in managing and delivering content/curriculum in multiple modalities
  • Experience in developing sales teams' effectiveness strategies and action plans
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to various audiences
