Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead who will be responsible for equipping the Sales organization with the necessary tools and education to effectively engage buyers and enhance market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain Sales Enablement content and learning programs
- Organize and manage Sales Enablement assets, including training materials and sales playbooks
- Deliver training and certification programs for new hires and ongoing education for Sales Consultants
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and delivering education or sales programs
- 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong organization, task, time, and project management skills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and adult learning theory
