Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead (Contract - Temp to Perm).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement programs to enhance sales productivity and forecasting accuracy
- Provide hands-on coaching to sales representatives to improve deal progression and CRM usage
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and manage onboarding and continuous training for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or B2B sales
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and experience with Salesforce reporting and forecasting
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and pipeline management
- Proven ability to coach and influence salespeople with varying styles and experience levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
