Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to design, deliver, and optimize programs that enhance sales team readiness and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Enablement team and Sales, addressing the sales team's unique needs
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define and improve the sales enablement strategy
  • Facilitate and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales roles
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or related GTM roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Experience in delivering live training programs and facilitating workshops for sales audiences
  • Proven track record in designing and executing impactful sales enablement programs
  • Deep understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle and its connection to revenue-driving activities
  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and sales enablement platforms
