Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales and Partner Enablement Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Own internal sales enablement and certification for AEs, SDRs, and revenue-adjacent roles
- Design and manage onboarding processes for AEs and SDRs with clear milestones and productivity goals
- Build and oversee partner sales enablement and accreditation programs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related leadership roles in B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity
- Experience building and scaling sales onboarding and certification programs
- Proven ability to design and measure enablement programs that improve ramp and win rates
- Hands-on experience with learning and enablement tools
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
