Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales and Partner Enablement Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own internal sales enablement and certification for AEs, SDRs, and revenue-adjacent roles
  • Design and manage onboarding processes for AEs and SDRs with clear milestones and productivity goals
  • Build and oversee partner sales enablement and accreditation programs
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related leadership roles in B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Experience building and scaling sales onboarding and certification programs
  • Proven ability to design and measure enablement programs that improve ramp and win rates
  • Hands-on experience with learning and enablement tools
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
